Man answers police bail over fatal collision
A MAN arrested in connection with a car collision which left a Prestwood teenager in a coma and her boyfriend dead appeared before police today.
The 25-year-old male, who answered bail, was re-bailed by police until October 20 while investigations continue. He was arrested in May on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a public appeal by the families of the crash victims.
Abigail Dowdy, 17, was left unconscious after a collision involving her boyfriend's Ford Fiesta on A4129 in Kingsey, earlier this year.
Greg Stiles, 18, from Thame, Oxfordshire, died at the scene on May 17.
Abigail regained consciousness on May 31 and was released from hospital the following month.
An 18-year-old female, also arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, is due to answer bail on October 9.
