Posted by Hannah Williams on Aug 24, 09 02:38 PM in Good Causes

YOUNG people are being given a chance to help their careers get off the ground by applying for grants.
Great Missenden Church of England School's charitable trust is inviting under 25s who live within the village's parish or past pupils of the school to come forward for financial assistance.

The grants will be awarded to pay fees, buy books, instruments, tools or clothing for the start of further or higher education courses. Assistance will also be given to prepare for entering a profession or trade when leaving school or to finance educational travel.
Applications with details of courses or professions to be followed, should be sent to
Margaret Dixon (Secretary to the Managing Trustees), c/o Parish Church Office, 2 Walnut Close, Great Missenden, HP16 9AL or by email to margaret.dixon@talktalk.net.
The deadline for applicants is September 30.

We'd like to hear from you.
