Roald Dahl Foundation appeals for help

The Roald Dahl Foundation, which raises money to help in the areas of literacy, neurology, and haematology, are looking for help from the general public.
In order to boost their existing programme of making small grants, they would like members of the general public to help by taking part in three sporting events: The British 10k London Run on July 12; Cycle London to Paris from July 17-21; and lastly, Cycle London to Amsterdam from September 18-21.
