CH/2009/0114/FA: Single storey rear extension at 15 Heath End Road for Mr B Lewis.
CH/2009/0157/KA: Crown reduction of a sycamore and crown lifting of twelve sycamores - all within a Conservation Area at Telephone Exchange, Station Approach for Monteray.
CH/2009/0083/OA: Three detached houses served by access from Gables Meadow (renewal of Planning Permission CH/2006/0542/OA) at Land At Rear Of 12-16 Browns Road for Nationcrest PLC.
CH/2009/0120/FA: Single storey side extension to dwellinghouse and single storey side extension to garage at Barton House, Hare Lane for Mr M Ashton.
