CH/2008/1824/FA: Erection of a single storey side/rear extension and new front driveway served by new vehicular access at 17 Rignall Road for Mr & Mrs Foden-Ellis.
CH/2008/1874/FA: Redevelopment of site to provide two pairs of semi detached houses at 51 Wycombe Road for New Millennium Homes Ltd.
CH/2008/1943/FA: Part two storey, part single storey rear extension, front porch and pitched roof to existing attached garage at 9 Rook Wood Way for Mr Andy Reeves.
CH/2008/1977/FA: Demolition of existing rear extension and erection of two storey rear extension to facilitate conversion of existing dwelling into pair of semi-detached dwellings with associated parking area to the south of the dwelling at 167 Wycombe Road for Mr R Hildreth.
CH/2008/1990/FA: Infilling of existing car port area to front of dwelling and conversion to habitable acommodation. Insertion of garage door in north west elevation at Oakdene, Blackfield Lane for Dr N J Hanekom.
CH/2009/0022/FA: Single storey side extension and replacement first floor window in north west elevation at 7 Kings Lane for Mr David Pitt.
CH/2009/0034/FA: Conversion of existing integral garage and erection of detached single garage at Nags Head Lane for Mr Richard Peacock.
CH/2008/2005/FA: Redevelopment of site to provide sixty bedroom care home with associated access, parking and landscaping at Cherry Garth Home For The Elderly, Orchard Way for Mr Peter Ware.
CH/2009/0015/FA: Two storey side extension, part two storey, part single storey rear extension, front porch and new vehicular access at 39 Brays Meadow for Mr Christopher Lang.
