This is a list of the latest planning applications registered at Chiltern District Council.

CH/2008/1861/FA: Two storey rear extension, and single storey side extension. Front porch canopy at Heathlands, Marriotts Avenue for Mr And Mrs Howard Rose.
CH/2008/1883/FA: Erection of 2no. 1.2m high timber enclosures surrounding proposed cooling units with associated ductwork at Prestwood And District Sports Centre, Honor End Lane for Nexus Community.
CH/2008/2043/FA: Change of use from mixed use comprising Use Class C3 (Dwellinghouse) and Use Class A3 (Restaurant and Cafe) to Use Class C3 (Dwellinghouse) at The Pheasant Inn Public House, Village Road for Mrs Jane King.
CH/2008/2025/FA: Two storey rear extension at Barton House, Hare Lane for Mr H Ashton.
